My free app, SigAlert, has been removed from the AppStore. Apparently the not-so-nice folks at sigalert.com claimed my app was using thier intellectual property and contacted Apple requesting the app's removal. Real classy guys... rather than talk to me first they went straight to Apple. My intention was never to make money off this app, hence was available for free. The only ads there were the ads directly from sigalert.com. I fail to see why my app infringes on thier trademarks any more than any browser that can access thier site.
